We request information from you when you login to your Omni web account, when you maintain or update your Omni web account, and on our message order form. To place orders, you must login to your active Omni web account using your customer code and password. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.
